Overall Satisfaction with Uberflip

We needed a way that we could really connect with teachers in the K-12 education space. We knew that just sending emails out about our products was not the best way to be engaging with them. We wanted to be a trusted and helpful resource to make teachers' lives easier. The education industry is one of the most stressful and demanding, especially over the last few years. So we created a teacher content resource hub built on the Uberflip platform. This site provides teachers with articles, activities, lesson plans, videos and more to help support their classroom lesson development. Since our audience is made up of such a wide range, we are able to segment the site and our content so teachers are able to quickly find content that would be most relevant to them.

  • Robust back-end reporting with the what seems like endless filters.
  • High-level of support from both the account management and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving with a focus on your end goal or what you are trying to accomplish.
  • Basic link reporting, when using simple hyperlinks within content.
  • Has allowed us to really understand what content is resonating most with our audiences.
  • Ability to clearly see what channels/campaigns are driving the most qualified traffic, which helps us with budget allocations year-to-year.
  • Enrichment has given us a very detailed look at activity on the user-level, which our sales team loves!
Through our lead scoring initiatives and integration with Marketo and Salesforce, we are able to give our sales reps an inside look at content their customers and prospects are consuming on our site. It allows them for a more rich and strategic follow-up when they can reference related products or content based on what we know they have been viewing. It also helps open up new opportunities that might not have come across a sales rep desk otherwise. We have not launched any of the sales enablement features to our reps, but could definitely see that as a potential in the future.
The more time and strategic thought you put into the set-up of your hub, the harder it will work for you in the end. Setting up the hub and adding the content is pretty simple, but doing it in a way that you are able to get the most out of the reporting on the back-end is key. We have developed standard content templates that helps us create content efficiently. We use our reporting dashboards to help guide us on where our content development focuses should be.

The Uberflip platform is great for building a website that is targeted more at content marketing versus an eCommerce site. We use them both hand-in-hand. Driving traffic from one site to the other with very specific goals in mind for each of our site experiences. The tagging functionality on Uberflip is robust and extremely helpful when it comes to back-end reporting. We have been heavily using CTA forms to drive form fills and conversions, all feeding into our CRM system and contributing to our overall lead scoring initiatives.
