Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform
[It's being used to] Generate lists of product details from a website. Hundreds of pages are there and without UiPath it would have been very tedious and time consuming. Now with a very little effort I can get all the details within minutes. In any other tool like UFT or Selenium we need to write huge code for this to be performed and on GUI, need to open the page we wish to extract data from. While here simply by selecting a couple of options we can get hundreds of pages of data without the need for a single line of code.
- The ease of learning and understanding is impressive. We don't need to be highly proficient in coding skills to use this tool.
- Generates very fast results. I can get results within a couple of minutes for features like comparison where we may have needed to wait for half an hour to get a result using other tools.
- Identifying objects can be made easier.
- Reports should be more customizable.
- Tool usage should be more flexible.
- It has helped us reduce workforce so they can be used more effectively
- Cost efficient as automation is now performed with only 2 persons as compared to 5 earlier
- Have to spend some money initially for training - in long term definitely better
The major advantage of UiPath is cost efficiency over Blue Prism. Blue Prism is very expensive for use and training material is also not easily available. UiPath has free training and certifications on its own website. UiPath is also far more effective when it comes to ROI. It has helped reduce our team size thus saving a lot of money for us.
