Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

UIPath Enterprise RPA Platform is used very limitedly in our organization primarily by the testing department so they can automate things. Being able to automate business processes, and the testing of them, creates opportunities for employees to focus on the really important stuff instead of the tedious repetitive work.
  • It's quick to start up with, and one of the easiest tools in the market.
  • Great documentation (you need it).
  • There is a learning curve, but that is inherent with these kind of products.
  • There could be more languages supported, but that is a minor issue.
  • Because processes are automated, you gain a lot of time for the more interesting stuff.
  • If someone really gets to know the product, you can innovate you own stuff.
The online documentation is great. You really need to use it though, as these kinds of products do have a learning curve. UIPath is relatively easy to learn, and you can create some basic automation fairly quickly. With some extra tender love and care, it is possible to automate almost anything!

Though we use it now for testing scenarios, you can also really easily use it to automate your business processes. Repetitive and error-prone processes can be automated with much less chance of errors. Employees will be happy about it as they can focus on the really interesting part of their jobs.
