Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

We aim for HR transformation for our clients. We use UiPath extensively to bring in digital efficiency to the HR process, bridging the legacy HR system with modern applications for reporting and analysis.

It has an easy to use interface that allows business users to create their own flows and run their own flows. Managing the flow is easier. Maintaining the flow has become easier after the recent release with cloud. The licensing has been simplified after the cloud option of license renewal by request.
There is a lot of room for improvement in customer support. The customer support takes lot of time to respond. Most of the junior resources are not aware of the product. They need senior guidance to solve even a small issue. A lot of trial and error is being done in issue fixing.

UiPath is well suited for building integrations with legacy applications and modern applications and not well suited if the modern applications already have API for seamless integrations. The attended robot concept is also not well suited, as the person has to sit idle during the execution of the robot in the user machine.
