Overall Satisfaction with UKG Dimensions

UKG Dimensions is used globally across all locations and different business functions as the primary source of record for hours worked, time off, leaves of absences, and attendance. All employees, no matter where they are or what they do have access to their real-time time off balances, self-service time-off requests, and mobile access which encourage more accurate usage of time off benefits.
  • Highly configurable for different profile sets, making complex rules automated.
  • Configuration is easy to learn and empowers system admins to become experts to easily implement changes and embrace release enhancements.
  • Usability is the same regardless of how it is accessed (web or mobile).
  • Add more guided workflows for managers ensuring they perform tasks in the correct way.
  • Create white papers on how to configure programs, such as having a mobile workforce and location tracking.
  • Have more features for salaried workers being tracked for other reasons than capture hours (like time off, location, leaves, etc.).
  • Self-Service for employees and managers.
  • Configurable and easy to manage integrations.
  • Advanced scheduling.
  • Accruals.
  • Leave Case Management.
  • Tremendous savings on overtime per person per week by simply implementing and not turning on all features.
  • Higher usage of time off benefits.
  • Higher involvement in training to ensure proper usage.
UKG Dimensions is complex and [simple] to use making it easier to embrace opportunities, ensure accuracy, and report on KPIs, which I was not able to do with other products.

A business with highly complex schedules and complicated pay rules will greatly benefit from Dimensions. Small businesses with minimal scheduling and time management tasks may not warrant the investment in Dimensions.
