Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG Pro is used by employees and managers across the organization. It is our end-to-end human capital management suite and has enabled us to achieve elevated compliance, process efficiencies, system and vendor consolidation, and workforce insights. It has proven to be a springboard for HR to become much more strategic.
  • Customer support is top notch
  • Technology and UI is modern and very flexible
  • "Partner for life" is not just a motto, it is built into the fabric of their operations and all methodology
  • Integrations to other systems is seamless and very robust
  • Built with compliance in mind
  • Tax payment services team is overwhelmed, they could use more headcount
  • Talent acquisition suite could use more system config flexibility like the Core product has
  • Ability to manage all HR/payroll/labor/workforce activities within on platform
  • Reporting insights to leverage for better decision-making
  • Time savings and cost efficiencies gained
  • Employees much happier with the system interaction (both web and mobile)
UKG Pro won hands-down. The flexibility, the family feel of the partnership, the customer support model, the reporting, the scalability, and the custom-programming needs of company-specific items were all much better than the competitors. The cost comparison also came in either close to or less than the others so the cost/benefit FAR outweighed the competitors.
The system has been very fast, system and files integrations have been quite seamless, and system downtime has been minimal. It has been very reliable overall! The security of the system is also top notch.
They really roll out the red carpet. Support members have been very knowledgable and professional and have never failed to meet some sort of resolution.

We had an internal security breach with a bad actor adding a suspect direct deposit account to random employees. UKG deployed their security operations center in a heartbeat and provided us with IP addresses used for the malicious activity, dates/times of account changes pertaining to the suspect account, and developed a recognizable pattern to enable us to engage authorities and stop the malicious actor before it grew into a larger ordeal. They saw it through to the end and provided data and files that we didn't even know to ask for!
UKG Pro is phenomenal, both from a technology standpoint but also from a customer service standpoint! I believe it is appropriate for businesses of all sizes and industries since it is extremely scalable. Cognos reporting takes a bit to learn so you may need to leverage outside resources if you plan to self-program your BI reports.
