Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for our entire corporation. We use it for payroll, time keeping, recruiting, benefits, and performance reviews. It really helps us house our data in one place.

UKG is much more comprehensive and technologically advanced. All of the components speak to each other, rather than having to enter duplicate information.

We always get excellent support from our salesperson and our account managers. We've never had an issue with communicating with them or getting a hold of them.
Wide array of HCM resources, can be an all in one HCM. Good customer support and the company communicates very well.
