Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We currently use UKG Pro as our HRIS system company-wide. UKG pro is user-friendly and we use it from recruitment to offboarding and everything in between.

  • Quick actions
  • Easy transitions between desktop and the app
  • Room for improvements on the app and what data you can research select
  • Talent can be improved upon, sometimes not user friendly and there are lots of questions
  • Ability to have a one stop shop for employees to gather important information
  • Savings on HR teams time on simple tasks that can now be done in the system by the team member
  • Ability to launch company policies and procedures and store responses in one location
The WorkDay platform was not as user-friendly as UKG.

UKG is one of the easiest HRIS platforms that I have used in my HR career and the team members are able to easily access and navigate compared to my experience with other platforms.
We have centralized our status change workflows and policy and procedure distributions in UKG. This has streamlined our process and utilized technology minimizing the use of paper and time.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Absorb LMS, Cisco Jabber
UKG has truly thought of everything. I think there can be some improvements made in the Talent/Review section and the Employee Relations portion.
