Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
It is our company HRIS that we use for all employee profiles, timekeeping, payroll, and employee communications. Prior to using this system, we had a lot of paper processes, and this system has allowed us to streamline and digitize much of what we do on a daily basis. We have substantially cut down on paper and inefficient physical routing of forms for signatures, so that has been a big time saver.

Better quality, more robust, more customization. With many of these other systems, you get a pre-packaged, cookie-cutter system that often lacks the ability to custom-tailor the system to meet your company needs. Not the case with UKG Pro.

Yes - Very smoothly. They do a good job of providing a heads up about upcoming releases, and schedule the downtime at days/times that minimize work disruption.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - It's important to find ways to capture that information / knowledge for ease of transfer / sharing with new team members

Nope... wasn't even aware that this was a thing
I recall a ticket I had created, under the belief that I had some time to sort out the issue. I then left to attend an early evening networking event. While on the road, I got a panicked phone call from a manager of my company related to the issue in the ticket. I called the rapid response phone number for UKG, and a rep looked up my ticket and troubleshooted everything over the phone with me as I drove to my destination. Very supportive / helpful!
