Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG for onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, file feeds with vendors and benefits. UKG pro addresses our needs in all of these areas. The biggest problem with have is the length of time that it takes to get file feeds completed and to add other entities into the system. There is also a problem with wait times during payroll and open enrollment to get in the line with a representative.

I have previously used PeopleSoft and that was an extremely difficult system to navigate. It was not user-friendly when corrections need to be made. ULG pro is user-friendly, the navigation tabes are easy to understand and it makes using the system easy to make inputs.

I give a 10 rating because system use is easy. it makes sense why things are done. it allows the company to track documents, pay increases, managers, and so much more in one easy spot. I feel that the overall navigation of this system is very easy and it meets the needs of the company.
We have been able to centralize payroll, benefits enrollment for life events and open enrollment, onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting. It has made it so we can keep all of our HR processes within one centralized location.
I would recommend UKG Pro to other HR co-workers because it is user-friendly. It is easy to correct mistakes and is easy to learn how to use. UKG also provides good support and learning tools to make users successful in what is needed within the system. I am also grateful for the support of reminders throughout the year for what is needed for compliance.
