Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use the whole suite of UKG products including timekeeping, core system, benefits administration, learning management system, onboarding & recruiting, and other smaller modules. It is very helpful to have everything in one system so it's all connected. The implementation has been fairly smooth. The support during the implementation process was pretty good but varied slightly depending on which module of the system you were using.
- Support during implementation.
- Variety of products.
- Preparing things ahead of time.
- Quicker support in some areas.
- Phone numbers or dedicated people you can reach out to rather than having to submit tickets and wait for someone to be assigned.
- More parts of the system available in the mobile app.
- Increased efficiency.
- Less manual tracking.
- Easier processes like W-2s and 1095-Cs.
