I feel like, for the most part, UKG Pro has done well. There are hiccups here and there but for the most part it's easy to use.
Well suited - streamlining the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process. The ease of use for the employees. Less appropriate - App can be too much and the website is slow sometimes
