Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG Pro has made payroll run smoothly since we first implemented it. It cut down on our run time to allow us to focus on truly analyzing our payroll.
  • Easier to use, our employees can access the system and navigate with ease.
  • Workflow ease, Customizable workflows make sure approvals go to the correct staff.
  • Creating was to better present data. (visualization of data)
  • Better case follow up, when it comes to newly implemented solutions
  • UKG Pro App has been a great benefit to the company. Giving our traveling employees easy access to timesheets and benefits has been a plus.

Keeping employee's engaged in what they are working on. Meaning allowing our employee to truly focus on their job rather trying to learn how to work with a system.
UKG Pro give you everything you need an HCM software. You are able to customize and configure just about anything, this is a great benefit to an organization, while also staying compliant with regulations.
