Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

I am a system administrator for our company so I have involvement in a lot of the day to day use of the system. However, my main objectives are payroll and benefits. We utilize the system heavily for time management and core.

  • Payment Services
  • Business Intelligence could be a little more simple
  • Stream Line Year End
  • Having one system for all of the "add-in" is great
  • Teaching employees one system for payroll, learning, benefits, etc. is easy
We were early adopters of UltiPro and have stuck with it and just added more modules as we have grown. We have not evaluated other companies.

User friendly in most aspects - Business Intelligence is the hardest thing for me personally to wrap my brain around
Recently brought recruiting and onboarding on which has been a game changer for the ease of admin for whole life cycle of the employee
If you have a company with more than 100 people I feel like the system could be used to your advantage. It does fall short in the same breath with helping with the tax filing portions of having a larger company.
