Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
Currently use OKG Pro for HR/Payroll. Also use Kronos WFC for timekeeping and are in the final phases of implementing UKG Dimensions. I am a system admin in all these systems. UKG is used for all Payroll processes including time and attendance, accruals, pay, and all HR aspects.

- Customer Portals of each side. Combined with a better feel should be addressed.
- Implementation groups that have knowledge of both WFD and PRO, not just one sided.

Comparing to Workday, first thing you think of is cost. UKG has a better support system and support team. Engages well with customers and is not '3rd partied' out when it comes to support. Compared to Ceridian, in my opinion UKG is easier to use, easier to navigate, and also easier for the employee to navigate.

Using the performance area was a good centralization for our company. Payroll set ups make it easy for auditing and preparing the companies payroll. For a company that has around 2700 employees, and only have 1 payroll admin processing is a plus to the systems functions.
