Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro for Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Time Management. I have used many different Payroll and HRIS systems in the past twenty years and UKG is by far the best. The functionality is so expansive and the system is very user friendly for both the employees and us Administrators. Their reporting functionality is very good and easy to use.
- Recruiting is very in-depth and there are a lot of options to customize it.
- Payroll is very user friendly and comprehensive.
- Business Intelligence Reporting module is a little difficult to edit reports to add or remove fields.
- Would like the option to import deduction corrections that do not overwrite their current deductions.
- The time savings in all aspects are immeasurable. With the exception of benefits open enrollment or correcting errors. Those are time suckers.
