Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

UKG helped our company go paperless in the hiring and onboarding process. It has also made transferring employees from departments extremely easy. UKG helped us create alerts and triggers to notify the correct teams when actions take place in the system. This helps notify IT when employees are terminated to keep us secure.

It's a great product, coming from the IT world I would recommend a better option for creating alerts and reports in the BI piece of UKG. I also wish there was an easier way for managers to be able to pull up information across all of their employees quicker. For example, if I need to know who has completed certifications or who might be coming due, I am required to look at each employee one by one to know. (Or have someone create a report from the back end)
I am not sure that we have centralized any functions just because we went to UKG. So, I am unaware that our organization benefitted in this way. I wish I could have just selected N/a or unsure rather than having to type out 50 words just to pass this question.
UKG is less appropriate for small-mid size businesses. The cost of the product makes it difficult for me to recommend the product to smaller organizations. For the rest, I would say that UKG greatly helps organize processes and workflows for businesses. It is a great tool for managers and employees alike
