Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro within our company to do our payroll, compensation, performances and talent recruiting. Previously we were using ICIMS as our ATS, but moving to UKG Pro allowed us to add the recruiting and onboarding which helped us to centralize our data within one software.

The customize gadgets really helps with getting information to our employees and we noticed that our engagement has also increased as we are able to push out events/information to them through the system
Recruiting and onboarding. We had a third party prior to switching over and it can be hard to manage two systems. This has helped us a lot!
The payroll is very much easy to use and allows us to be have 100 percent accurate for processing our payroll which is a testament of the module. One thing that I would love to see more of is the built in analytic dashboards for BI, currently, it is done mostly manual.
