Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Core system, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefit administration, performance management, and learning management system.

  • Customer service case response times - have really slowed down over the last 1-2 years

The recruiting and onboarding modules have helped us centralize and streamline our ATS activities dramatically. The performance review module enabled us to conduct electronic reviews for the first time in our 50+ year history. Got rid of paper finally!
We use the employee documents and have digitized all our personnel records. We have 33 branches across the U.S. and Canada, and our corporate HR team can now have line of sight into all personnel records from our corporate offices.

For a non-complex workforce that doesn't have job changes (different pay rates based upon job duties like X rate when operating this machine but Y rate when operating that machine), it's very good. Not as good when the workforce gets a little more complex.
