Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is being used as our HRIS and payroll system across the whole organization. The business intelligence reporting addresses so much of our HR and payroll data. We have created manager and BD dashboards for transparency across groups. We have also created many reports for our managers to view. I absolutely love the BI feature and support.

UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) ran so much more smoothly than what we were previously using. Upgrades are great; however, I do find the new BI reporting package a little confusing. Still a great reporting tool. I believe UKG does care about their customers, and the company works hard to make our lives a lot easier.
