Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We currently use UKG Pro in all aspects across our organization. We use recruiting, onboarding, payroll, learning management, and compensation management.

  • ADP Resource (Discontinued) and Paycor
Reporting within UKG is much more robust that ADP, however Paycor did have good reporting. The suite of products offered by UKG is highly better than both.
Overall the integration on the web has been a good fit for us and worked well. The integrations with our vendors as in insurance and benefit plans has been good and overall a plus for us.
The Rapid Response is great and can usually resolve any issues we may have with a first phone call.
Yes! I was new to PPACA and I called the Rapid Response. The tech I got was so knowledgeable and helped me even when I had messed up! She was patient and so helpful. She gave me tons of resources and really put my mind at ease going forward.
Overall, UKG Pro is a great system. It has many applications that you can use for your business. It's shortfall, in my opinion, is that sometimes it's too big and you can't fine tune it to exact instances that may help you in your specific industry or business.

Upgrading UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

Yes - For us it did, we had minimal issues. Biggest issue is that some roles/users needed to be adjusted for the new release.

Communication from the file feed process person was HORRIBLE and they dropped the ball several times. Our main person, Toby, was GREAT.
Yes - Opening balances were loaded, file feeds were set up, testing.
Change management was minimal
  • File Feeds took forever and original contact left and never informed us.

On some things, it is way too complex. I have had a hard time teaching an older coworker where to find things and how to fix things.
