Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We use UKG for payroll, onboarding, document tracking, and recruitment. It is very helpful with running reports and tracking employee data. We like the BI feature to create and run reports. There are a lot of available options from UKG but sometimes they are too costly to implement. It is used by our entire organization.
- Assistance with issues that arise: Rapid response phone number gives instant access to customer service who can help with many issues right away.
- Communication
- Training: UKG offers training courses regularly and records them so you can reference them at a later date.
- Processing Payroll: Payroll processing is a long process with a lot of manual checks.
- UKG Workplace Continuity: Looks like a great feature but is too expensive and does not have a large enough ROI for our organization.
- The ability to have all employee data in one place.
- Customizable page for all company documents.
- Negative: They are not timely with filing taxes if there are any adjustments that need to be made.
UKG is more robust and each system works with the other. When we used Paychex, their platforms didn't work well together and it was difficult to get help on each because the trainers were not cross-trained on each.
Running BI reports: I was trying to create a custom report and when I reached out to a member of the BI support team, he explained the different fields and how they work together.
