Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We use it for payroll, HR, recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and employee surveys. We use it across the full organization.
- Cognos Analytics tool: We can do in-depth reporting on all of our data.
- Perception: surveys, real-time employee surveys are a great tool to take the "pulse" of our organization.
- Support: I feel like their customer support does a great job getting back to customers and really wanting to help.
- Benefits Prime: We struggled with implementation and I don't think this is on UKG; it was predicated on the Plan Source team. I also think this was due to Plan Source overpromising what they could deliver.
- We have been seeing a significant increase in "limited functionality" in some of our modules in the last few months. I'm not sure what that is about but it's annoying.
- We were able to stop using vendor websites and type benefit data into them when we had any changes to an employee's benefits by making use of benefit files that are sent directly to vendors.
- We use recruiting (ATS) so employees can apply online directly. Supervisors and hiring managers can view the applications online, saving everyone time.
