Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
It's our HR system of record, used by all employees in some way. All users are in the system every day for timekeeping, managers look up employee information, and service members use it to update/maintain employee data. The system also feeds out to many other systems.

- Data transfers
- Administrative ease of use
- Timekeeping
- Performance management
- Users like using the system
- Admins like using the system
The only thing I miss from PeopleSoft is stacking effective dated transactions.
All of the service that I've gotten over the course of the 8 years I've been personally working with the product has been great. I can't think of one specific time in general.
