Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We use UKG for HRIS, reporting, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, EFM, and talent mgmt.
  • Great recruiting module
  • Very great onboarding module
  • Love EFM!
  • BI Reporting could be more intuitive. It has a lot of things that can go wrong and too complex. Wish there were simpler ways to run simple reports.
  • Training is kind of difficult to understand where to find resources as there are so many options.
  • More time back with ERM.
  • We did 3P Mapping to find efficiencies and it was really worth it.
I used Oracle in my past job. It was very complicated.
There are system errors once in a while. Not too bad but when they occur it does take quite some time to resolve.
Great and personable.
Our account manager Kelly is always on top of things and answers quickly. She does an outstanding job.
UKG is still the best HRIS I have ever used.
