Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We use it org wide for all facets [of] payroll, benefit enrollment, and performance management. We also use document acknowledgements. It's our system of record. We also use BI.
- BI - reporting is robust.
- Payroll processing - up to date with latest regulations and allows us to process payroll efficiently.
- Benefit enrollment is easy for end users.
- Giving was rolled out and the functionality is lacking. It's hard to report on and manage.
- Unable to see benefit/deduction history.
- Would like to be able to set time-out periods for different rolls rather than system wide.
- Increased EE engagement during COVID.
- Time saving for benefit enrollment.
I've only used UltiPro and Kronos for the last 16 years. That said, the customer service and self-service troubleshooting options for UKG Pro are far superior to Kronos.
Any time we reach out to our CSM or ERM we get prompt replies and/or assistance.
