Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

Our entire organization uses UKG Ready for Employee Data Records, Timekeeping, Accruals, and Payroll. The flexibility has allowed better timekeeping throughout the entire organization.

  • Accrual banks
  • Timekeeping - specifically in overtime calculating
  • Checklists/workflows
  • Inability to manipulate the GL to automatically upload into our Financial System
  • Ability to manage all HR activities within one platform
  • Ability to manage all timekeeping types within on platform
  • Costs/time savings
After extensive setup and customization, the program does most of the things that we need it to do. It is a constantly changing program and requires time to keep up with the changes.
UKG Ready does have many ways to import information but its templates are very complex. This could also be that the system that we moved from didn't have a good way to complete the template.

UKG Ready involves a great amount of customization, however, with time, it is easier to navigate and understand how the system works and the setup becomes easier within each area. We have been able to better track timekeeping and pay since transitioning to UKG Ready.
