Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the product for time and attendance. It helps us keep employees schedules, calculate their PTO, and organize our employees clock in and clock out times. It helps us keep in one place their extended leave and FMLA calculation. Before we had to do it manually. It has been a lifesaver in leave calculation.

During integration, there were many challenges we had to overcome due the complexity of some things in our company. This made implementation much longer than usual even though it was sold to us in the beginning it would not.

We use to calculate extended leave cases by hand. It was a very tedious when you had more than one employee out with a company our size. UKG Ready was able to cut that time tremendously so we can now focus on the employee to make sure they have what the need to return back to work. It has been refreshing.
