We use UKG Ready for time keeping, payroll, hiring portal, performance reviews and benefits.

It is a great system and the platform has a lot of potential.
We have been dealing with integrations and interfaces for over a year.

I think the platform is great however the setup can use some improvement. I've found that If the system is not set up properly it takes a long time to get it corrected. In my experience, Tickets for service can take a long time. In my opinion, Interfaces with third party vendors can take forever, since they do not communicate with each other. Uploading information from other HRIS system is also an issue, most of the history was uploaded incorrectly, or missing information.
