UKG Ready has given us the ability to streamline all of our HR functions into one platform.

The few challenges we have encountered have been with creating reports for the organization, managing performance goals and creating service tickets for urgent matters. Overall we have found UKG Ready to be super helpful and it has streamlined many of our HR processes for us but there could be some improvements on the items listed.

We have been able to integrate UKG Ready with most of our employee health and wellness platforms but we have had some challenges with some integrations. We have found ways to work around this challenge and found that it is not always a block on UKG's side, sometimes it is a block on the external vendor's side.

The recruiting module has helped us to streamline the recruiting process from the candidate submitting an application to the candidate becoming and employee with the company. We have really enjoyed the recruiting module. The reporting option has presented some challenges when we export them. We spend extra time having to format the reports for company use.
