Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)
We are converting to UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) from Bamboo HR, eHour, and Trax to a robust, government-contract-friendly SaaS that will allow for continued growth. Additionally, this brings us into compliance for DCAA contracting, will integrate with our accounting software, and brings us much-needed talent acquisition, benefit administration, and performance management systems.
- Highly customizable
- Extensive reporting
- Enhanced security features
- The "feel" is a bit dated, crowded, and distracting
- It needs drag-and-drop features, especially in report creation
- Easier navigation
- Allowed for simplification of data management and processes
So far I think the ADP products are competitive in their offerings. The new feel of Bamboo HR is much more appealing, but it doesn't do nearly enough function-wise.
