Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

We are converting to UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) from Bamboo HR, eHour, and Trax to a robust, government-contract-friendly SaaS that will allow for continued growth. Additionally, this brings us into compliance for DCAA contracting, will integrate with our accounting software, and brings us much-needed talent acquisition, benefit administration, and performance management systems.
  • Highly customizable
  • Extensive reporting
  • Enhanced security features
  • The "feel" is a bit dated, crowded, and distracting
  • It needs drag-and-drop features, especially in report creation
  • Easier navigation
  • Allowed for simplification of data management and processes
So far I think the ADP products are competitive in their offerings. The new feel of Bamboo HR is much more appealing, but it doesn't do nearly enough function-wise.
We need to be DCAA compliant.
All features needed by an HR department of one are included.
Training has been excellent! From the self-paced materials and the online, instructor-led information to the community hub, I don't ever feel like there is a question that goes unanswered. Throughout our implementation, we've had four implementation specialists who have all been extremely responsive.
