Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro across our organization. We use it from the recruitment process all the way through the employees last day. We use it for time management of our employees, payroll, PTO requests, reports, onboarding, and recruitment. It helps our business keep everything in one system so employees don't have to go into different systems, it's a one stop spot.
  • Everything is updated quickly which keeps our HR team working at high efficiency
  • It is easy to use, we have very little calls when it comes to troubleshooting UltiPro.
  • The customer service, our representative is always there to help and she has made herself extremely approachable.
  • As a recruiter, I would like more reports available from the recruitment side of things.
  • Less pop ups when going between different parts of UltiPro, sometimes this creates issues for employees offsite.
I wasn't apart of the selection process so I'm not sure what other products were evaluated.
UltiPro works very well for large companies, they have made it easy to manage all aspects of HR in one system. We have a lot of offsite employees and I like that we can easily troubleshoot over the phone if needed. Overall, I think if you’re looking for a good and easy to use system this would be a great choice.

Using UltiPro

UltiPro values loyalty and they have gone above and beyond to help us in different situations. I like that they are always looking to improve and if their customers want something they will do what they can to provide those upgrades for them.
