Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We are using Ultimate Software for our Payroll, Time Management, Performance Management and soon Salary Planning and Onboarding. The entire organization is using the product in some capacity. Our employees like the Self Service Module and we are actively working towards adding more features for our Managers using MSS. I like to think that I am one of Ultimate's best cheerleaders. Recently I have had the opportunity to speak with potential clients and share my passion for Ultimate Software. My overall experience with Ultimate has been positive! The implementation was well organized and we went live with no issues. I have implemented several applications throughout my career and this was the most positive experience that I have had with a product implementation.
- Time Management - capturing time for our employees - easy to use
- Employee Self Service - one location for our employees to get to all of their personal information
- BI - I LOVE BI and the ability to create and share reports
- When there is a system outage have the outage posted on the support portal - this would allow us to immediately know if there is a system problem or if the problem is isolated to our environment
- UTM set-up; through the implementation process there are areas that the consultant is responsible for configuring - during the implementation it would be helpful to work closely with the consultant to see what and how the system is being configured - knowledge transfer
