Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Ultipro has been a leader in the HR change management of the organizations I have worked in. Ultipro has allowed me to streamline the tedious HR tasks and has enabled me to focus on strategic projects within the organization. Ultipro is utilized across all areas of our organization. Managers have adopted to it's intuitive platform making it easy for them to use and allowing them to see pertinent information as they need it without having to wait for someone to gather information and get back to them. The integration of the HR products on one platform addresses the lifecycle of our employees and has allowed managers to view information on an employee as they move throughout our organization.

We have been able to obtain cost and time savings by decreasing the amount of time it takes to complete our payroll processing. We no longer use paper forms for employee changes to our system. All HR solutions are managed from Ultipro. Any solution we use outside of Utlipro i.e. employee recognition we have developed UDES files to integrate seamlessly with those solutions.
