Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use it across the organization. It has streamlined some processes as well as has removed paper processes.

Pros

  • Great support from Ultimate.
  • A lot of training opportunities for customers.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Career development- training and development.
I would like to see some processes be geared toward us as a company versus Ultipro making a decision and then delivering it out to us- i.e. the recent changes to security.
