Usually the turnaround for support is spot on but can sometimes take a while if the question is complicated or if the issue needs to be resolved at a different level.
We use UltiPro for all of our HCM needs, from employee records management, performance reviews, recruiting and onboarding, timekeeping and payroll processing. It allows us to maintain records for six sister manufacturing companies with employees in more than 10 states.

- Single sign-on access makes it easy for the HR and Payroll team to maneuver between modules and perform our job more efficiently.
- The available training and support from the Customer Success Portal is incomparable. Every method of learning is well represented, whether it be hands-on practical application, quick tips or live chat.
- The UI design between modules needs to be standardized. In some sections, you use a "save" button, others a "submit". Depending on where you are in the system, you might add an item using "add" or "+". The location of save buttons varies on the page based on which module you are in.
Well executed and certainly worth the investment to travel to the training facility.
