Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We have ESS and MSS, mostly used in human resources and payroll dept. Soon to implement UTA
- Customer Service provides relatively quick responses, and are knowledgable.
- I would like to see that they keep the button keys in the same spot. When I click next, and then the next screen pops up, it tends to move and I end up clicking something other than the next key.
- I would like to see a help desk that directly answers your questions, instead of logging tickets and waiting for a response.
- Customer Service response time
We have recently looked at Oracle, Kronos for UTA, and Ultimate had a lot more features that fit our business needs
