Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Across the entire company, employees are required to use UltiPro for reviewing their pay checks and benefits, annual reviews and changing personal information. It has lessened the work of administrative offices and promoted employees to be in control of their information.
  • Tracking Employee information is particularly good within the system. Employees contribute to keeping their information correct.
  • Payroll has been able to keep up with the entire organization being on weekly payrolls.
  • Our performance review process is streamlined and is a great value to our management.
  • The recruitment module is used globally and is very valuable in recruiting valuable resources.
  • The BI reporting tool has added value to our company by being able to allow various areas of the company to run their own report.
  • On the Global product we are waiting to be able to mass load information.
  • Further enhancements on the web so we can get rid of the back office would be a plus.
  • Administration of the product is very consuming and should be streamlined for ease of administration.

I think one question should be asked during the selection process that may cause some back tracking on Ultimate's side. Does the system react the same way for US employee maintenance as it does Global? I find the tracking of Global to be a very different animal than US.
