Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use Ultipro for HR/Payroll and Recruting and Onboarding. I am the administrator in our corporate office and we use it across the organization in our 15 facilities. The business problems it addresses include consistency across all changes, approval levels of changes and consistency across all reporting for all locations.
- Onboarding is fantastic and we have streamlined that process reducing the time and differences across all locations.
- HR workflow and approvals create consistency with all changes.
- Payroll is easy, efficient and very user friendly.
- Recruiting needs improvement. I know there is a new product in the works but moving around the current product is very cumbersome.
- I would love to see a system administrator level that allows full access to the SQL such as a Mass Edit feature for users to change and update as needed.
UltiPro is a very nice system and provides a lot of opportunites for us for expansion and growth.

1500 - We have 17 HR Managers who do all of the entering.
We have over 100 Managers who review the changes and do approvals.
We have over 1500 employees who access UltiPro for address changes, tax changes, viewing pay stubs, etc.
We also use Recruiting and Onboarding and any new employees who comes onboard touches Ultipro in this manner.. So that number is limitless!!!

Compensation and Benefits Manager supports the HRMS Administrator,
Skills include strong customer service, excellent knowledge of the system to diagnose issues.
All reporting requests are completed by the HRMS Administrator.
Working knowledge of Workflow and Plaform Configuration changes are necessary to constantly improve the processes.
