Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used in our organization for payroll and recruitment. We are working very hard to make sure that we use all of the benefits of the system. It addresses our problems with our recruitment and making sure that we have the necessary log information. It also helps us balance the payroll and recruitment section to make sure that our information is accurate.
- The product is very user friendly!
- The support we get is excellent.
- We get quick responses from our representative!
- It would be helpful to have more easy access to customized reports.
- Consider having more advanced web seminars.
- Its hard... you do a good job.
We selected ultipro because it was the system that would cover most of our business needs. Other companies where not able to help us with all of our different companies and pay schedules. it had a great history of implantation, and has great support serveries. it was also agreed that it was the system that would help our business get into paperless.
