Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

As HR we use it extensively but we have rolled it out to our users to use also. The users get into UltiPro to approve workflows, do goals and objectives, PTO for salaried employees. Open enrollment helps us with benefits.

Pros

  • Very user friendly
  • Good audit trail with the workflows going down to 3 or 4 levels
  • Good data analysis tools

Cons

  • At times it is very slow
  • Lots of Inactive data we would like to hide but can't
