Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We are using all modules of UltiPro. All associates use the product including managers. We just rolled out the performance review module this past year which allows managers and associates to complete the performance online. It automates the process, making sure that reviews are completed and has allowed us to assign workflows. We are also using the salary budget module in the same fashion.
  • I like the fact that we are able to deploy the entire product and it fits with the entire lifecycle of the associate.
  • It allows us to meet strategic requirements by providing the reporting functionality needed to provide up-to-date data.
  • We are able to have a secure system that matches the way we do business.
  • Recruiting and onboarding need to be updated and integrated better into the product. I know that there is an update coming out but I would like to have it sooner :) The flow does not work well with the documents collected in onboarding and flowing into the HR record for the associate.
  • Assistance with BI Dashboard needs help. Should be handled more as implementation of product. I would also like to see this more robust and featured in the announcement screens when associates first log into product.
  • Oracle PeopleSoft,adp
UltiPro is easier to configure.
I think the price point was good for the amount of software we were able to provide. We were also able to implement quickly. Key questions to ask would be around transitioning historical data and how that is going to happen.
