Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used by the whole business. It helps to streamline employee information and processes.
  • Benefits Enrollment is a simple module to use. Post all elections on specified date.
  • Able to track review information, see where a review is in process, move reviews as needed.
  • Workflow and Life Events allows employees to update information.
  • Concentrate on HR functions.
  • Allow more configurability within the systems, such as Performance Management.
Have not used a system to compare to.
Ultimate is stronger on the payroll side. It has HR functions but they are not as strong as they should be. It's hard to recommend that it is great for an HR department.

Configuring UltiPro

It is too limited, most things require a custom or not able to change in anyway. Should have more flexibility because every company runs their business differently and process should be configurable to meet their needs. I see this from a payroll and HR side of the system.
