Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UltiPro is being used for HR and payroll including onboarding and background checks.

We are still working on consolidating more functions but yes for the most part we have achieved this. Ultimate saves time in processing employee changes and managing our payroll department and saves us money by allowing use to implement processes which otherwise would be forced to use several vendors to achieve the same outcome. I have great security and peace of mind knowing UltiPro will perform as it should and if I run into an issue there is always support to help me.
UltiPro is very much advanced than the other software I have used and very user friendly and easy to learn and use.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the performance we have with Ultimate.
I have never missed any type of deadline waiting to get the support I needed and that means a great deal!
At year end our tax files were different than what the reports were showing. I contacted support and although it took a couple of days to find the problem and get it resolved the agent assigned was prompt in responding and throughout the investigation kept me up to date on what was going on.
UltiPro is the best payroll software I have used in my career.
UltiPro works well.

Upgrading UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

Yes - The release went smoothly with no down time, and there were no unexpected impacts of the new release.
  • The most recent releases did not impact our company in a major way. The OSHA releases have been the best for us as we are now able to track and report our
  • work comp and other incidents through Ultipro
  • I haven't taken a look at the upcoming releases.

UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) Training

Yes, I started working for the company and did not go to training until several months into the job. I am not sure this would be best practice but the software is very user friendly and easy to learn.

It is very good but would be better if it were easier to ask questions, especially after the class in a real case scenario.
I've only had the opportunity to take a few classes in person but find it very useful. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The one on one is awesome!

1 - We have a HRIS manager who provides support for UltiPro.

I think for our purposes the configuration is about what it needs to be.
Yes - we have added extensive custom code - It was easy to do takes some time and requires you work closely with a UltiPro professional.

Yes - One of the upgrades several years ago rendered a report I used no longer usable. I reported the issue and it was resolved in a timely manner. It took a couple of days, but has never been an issue since.

Yes - I personally haven't used the mobile app but our employees love it.

UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) Reliability

We do not use UltiPro at a global enterprise but I have never had an issue reaching someone at Ultimate who could help me.
There are almost no application errors and outages are very rare and very short lived when they do occur.

Haven't had any issues.

Relationship with UKG

I scored a 5 because I was not here when the decision was made to choose UltiPro, however I believe from what I've learned since being with the company that it was a good fit for our company and the salesman and implementation team worked closely with our team.
The vendor has always been easy to work with in my experience.
Always updated on upgrades and changes. Prompt response on tickets and needed assistance. Excellent customer service.
We have used UltiPro since going live in early 2008 and I am not aware of the negotiation.
