Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used by our whole organization, from hourly associates to executives. Everyone at Concord embraces every aspect of Ultimate Software. UltiPro keeps our consistency and policies easily manageable all in one system. It also allows us to report across the whole organization. Being in the US and Canada, we needed a solution that would run payroll and manage our HR components.
  • The Business Intelligence reporting feature is one of my favorites! It allows you to create the most dynamic reporting.
  • Allowing our associates to manage their own employment through different key processes, i.e. benefit enrollment, PTO requests, etc.
  • Onboarding associates electronically is key to successful hiring.
  • The Recruitment module of the system is not the most seamless and configurable.
Ultipro is the leader in the HRM space, compared to other "Service Bureau" type companies in is far superior. It is nimble and quick to roll out updates and compliance fixes.
