Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across our global organization. We wanted to have all our information in one place, and have US & Canadian payroll in the same system as our HR data. We wanted a nicer UI as well (previously had Oracle).
  • Employee UI is nice, easy to find information you're looking for.
  • Ultimate Software has a great annual conference!
  • There needs to be seamless integration between the main dashboard and Time Management for PTO balances.
  • Notifications to managers need to link directly to the action item (reviews, timecard approvals, etc).
  • Functionality on the global front needs to be improved, to have the same robust features available in the US.
We looked at Ceridian and NuView in addition to Ultipro. Each product had its strengths and weaknesses but overall, Ultipro had most of the features we were looking for.
If you have a global population, you might want to wait until the product matures, as it's still in the early phases. Larger customers have more flexibility than smaller customers, so that is something important to consider.
