Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
UltiPro is used across whole organization. Our staff uses it to access payments, W-2s and sign up for benefits. It addresses payroll processing, insurance processing, and allows us to go paperless with electronic pay statements and W-2s. It allows staff access to their information wherever they are. It allows our company to grow, and absorb that growth without the need to add to our payroll/hr departments.
- Onboarding. Easy to get staff information on our system.
- Access to employee information---pay statements, tax forms, etc.
- Listening and valuing their customers.
- Some canned reports need more data.
- Provided reports should be made easier to view via Excel.
- Deductions---should be able to see information without having to add or change them.
- Lawson (Intentia)
- Easier to import and export data with UltiPro.
- Like Crystal Reports better than IBM Cognos for report writing.
- UltiPro is more user friendly. More easily configurable.
