Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We leverage UltiPro's payroll and reporting capabilities in the entire company. While we have not yet implemented all modules that we will be using, we find we have increased efficiency in payroll and HR processing.
  • A truly integrated solution, it allows you to report and analyze information across Payroll, HR and management areas.
  • The reporting is more powerful than we will probably be able to take full advantage of, but the possibilities it provides is invaluable.
  • Configurability to our own needs.
  • Why do I have to open and close windows individually when I am working with employee profiles?
  • The password requirements are way too stringent for many causally technically savvy users. Even your own demos use passwords that don't meet these parameters, there has to be an easier way!
The true integration blows ADP's claims out of the water.
UltiPro is a complicated service that requires a lot of time to implement properly. Having the ability to support it is critical. If you don't have that, it will make your employees' lives difficult.
