Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used across the whole organization. It serves as the HRIS of the company. Although depending on the level of access, you may or may not be able to see and or edit information.
  • It is user-friendly
  • Easy to understand
  • Comprehensive
  • UltiPro local support for at least each region
  • They could make running and downloading reports more easier and simple
  • Add available training/documents on how to do things around the system

UltiPro Reliability

I have never experienced that Ultipro is unavailable/unplanned outages. If there are errors, I dont think it is because of the application... but mainly the issues are because of level access and/or region access. And issues are addressed right away.
We were able to adapt and use the system right away with just, I think, one basic training. They continue to improve and address issues when needed. And yes, pages do load quickly and the reports come up within a reasonable time frame.
