We have utilized UltiPro to facilitate our growth of over 70 employees over the past several years, depending on the system and its reporting capabilities to provide us with the compliant practices and procedures required to meet the expectations of our employees, management team, and our government contracting clients. From recruitment through onboarding, performance management and payroll, we have accurate and qualitative information available at a few key strokes.
- The onboarding process has allowed us to hire on groups of up to 30 people at one time, without a single piece of paper, all over one weekend when we received a contract Friday afternoon, and had new employees selecting benefits Monday morning.
- The company has listened to our requests for flexibility in changing data boxes, identifications, and integration with other vendors.
- There are lots of prepared reports in Business Intelligence, but I prefer to launch my own with the ease of being able to select the date from all areas of the core database. We are easily able to generate information to audit benefits and performance processes.

As a government contractor, there is information we need our employees to have about thier work and their contracts in the event they are audited about their working relationship in the government environment. I was able to add fields to our job info page that includes dropdown menues that contain all the potential information need to upload to employee profiles. We are making this part of our on-boarding process. Then we're establishing alerts that wil lbe associated with contract or project end dates to give mangement and supervisors sufficient advance notice of a contact comig to an end, which will reauire modification , estension or followon period of performance. We are countin on Ultipro's configurability to help us meet this compliance area, make info readilly accessible to employees, and easiliy updated by contract or program leadership, with automated processes that will enable us to avoid missed dates and deadlines.
The program is accessible whenever, wherever we are. Updates are completed without any interruption with normal business hours.
UltiPro has met all of our expectations and provided us with the tools needed to build our employee and management supports and to report the results whenever needed. The program has grown and been modified to keep pace with changes in recruitment practices, and our employees find it easy to access their information and change benefits at any time. Our support staff has been freed up to focus on other areas of business growth. More of our HR processes are automated and need only approval of the self-service processes.
